As the project moves from implementation to maintenance and ongoing operations, responsibility shifts from external contractors to local support teams or internal resources. Addressing the challenges during this transition—particularly in resource management, knowledge transfer, and ensuring both contractors and internal teams are fully prepared—is vital for continued success. Participants will gain insights into how to manage the handoff process, ensuring smooth collaboration between external contractors and internal teams, and that systems remain operational and sustainable.
