Aaron has over 23 years of experience at Eli Lilly and Company, currently serving as the Associate Director of IPM Maintenance and Engineering since May 2023. He oversees critical operations in Indianapolis and has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director and Manager of Engineering MPP, where he effectively led teams and managed complex projects.
