Chad has led large groups of multi-disciplined professionals in the operational delivery of AstraZeneca’s Oncology and Biopharmaceutical pipeline. During his 20-year tenure with AstraZeneca, Chad has overseen $3bn in investments for the entire North America Research and Development function. During the recent labor shortage, Chad’s approach to leadership resulted in the development of a unique automated integrated platform for Financial and Operations management.
