Throughout his career Chad has coached and mentored individual contributors, managers, and executives on the importance of creating a culture that is nimble and forward-thinking. Chad delivers leadership, coaching, and mentoring to aspiring executives inside and outside of the healthcare industry. His focus is on creating a culture that works for the employees and stresses the importance of leading yourself before you can lead others. Chad’s background in both research and manufacturing gives a unique perspective on what it means to be a leader. Chad has led large groups of multi-disciplined professionals in the operational delivery of AstraZeneca’s Oncology and Biopharmaceutical pipeline. During his 20-year tenure with AstraZeneca, Chad has overseen $3bn in investments for the entire North America Research and Development function. During the recent labor shortage, Chad’s approach to leadership resulted in the development of a unique automated integrated platform for Financial and Operations management.
