After growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Jamie began what is now a 40-year career in the creative products industries. For sixteen years, he was a key sales and marketing executive with LEGO followed by President and CEO roles with Playmobil and Faber-Castell.
In his current efforts to promote the importance of creativity, Jamie makes regular stops at college campuses, corporations, business conferences, and trade associations as a guest lecturer on various topics, including “The Importance of Creativity in Business and in Life.” Among the favorite campus stops are Notre Dame, USC, Georgetown, Michigan State, Butler, Harvard, Emmanuel, and Duquesne.
In 2023, after forty years in the creative products business with significant brands like LEGO, Readers Digest, Playmobil and Faber-Castell, Jamie decided it was time to do something new, different yet still consistent with a mission to enrich performance and lives.

I love to lead and be a major contributor to team success. In my current role, this comes from advising and consulting as well as teaching and developing.
