- Working with Fortune 50 F&B company, have currently reduced operational changeovers in five of their LATAM facilities by over 40%, and the efficiency of two factory maintenance changeovers by over 30%, while laying the groundwork for the company's digital transformation. Half were conducted 'live on-line' using direct video feeds for plant gemba walks.

- Co-launched very popular Organizational Risk & Resiliency course for Sloan Executive Education, with Prof. Retsef Levi, DIrector of MIT Operations Research Center. Unique approach based on the Sloan School's deep experience in System Dynamics and Organizational Behavior, as well as drawing from Industry 4.0 tech advances.
