Kanheya Mehrotra is Head of Manufacturing and Site Leadership Member at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma, currently responsible for manufacturing and supply of all oral solid dose forms as well as for the plant asset management and operations of preventive maintenance. Kanheya has more than 21 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Supply Chain and has worked in various locations in Singapore, UK and India with different roles managing direct team and also working in matrix organization. His previous roles include Process Engineer (Technical Development), Lean Six Sigma Expert (Master Black Belt), Engineering Team Leader, Head of Projects Design & Delivery as part of Global Capitals Project and finally, Head of Manufacturing (Oral Solid Dose Forms).
