I am an expert in IT compliance, digitization, and quality management, with a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise-wide projects and solutions. In my current role, I oversee the compliance and validation of IT systems and processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. I also drive the digitization of quality IT systems and harmonize them across 43 locations and 40 operating countries, delivering improved efficiency and effectiveness. I have successfully led enterprise-wide CSV and IT quality projects, such as SAP HANA, EDMS, LIMS, and Paperless Lab, and partnered with global stakeholders to optimize business processes and create value.
