Innovation is at the heart of everything I do and what drives me. For almost two decades, I have worked with entrepreneurs and corporate leaders globally, to reinvent their business models, emerge from disruption, and transform their organizations, driving significant growth and revenue opportunities across multiple industries.
This mindset led me to fill an unmet need I saw for Black and African business owners. I founded All Things Black and Beautiful (ATBB), a platform that amplifies Black-owned businesses through collaboration and community, to help Black entrepreneurs and founders navigate and overcome social and economic barriers so that they can thrive and bring generational wealth to their families and communities. With many African and Black-owned businesses sharing the same unique characteristics and challenges, the ATBB platform offers a comprehensive support system and set of resources to build resilience and grow.
Social entrepreneurship is my chosen avenue to connect people, businesses, and missions in a profitable and sustainable way—by creating opportunities for others and mobilizing them to carry on fulfilling that legacy for years to come.
I take an active role in supporting initiatives that share my values, including serving as the 2023/24 Chapter President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Dallas Fort-Worth where we are propelling women to greater social, economic and political spheres of power.
